Bar Arrangement

The clubhouse at Mountain Valley Golf Course holds a Pennsylvania Liquor License, which authorizes the purchase and dispensing of alcoholic beverages. All rules and regulations set forth by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board must be strictly adhered to. No one under the age of 21 shall consume alcohol on these premises, and we expect the cooperation and participation of all sponsors of alcohol events to help enforce the legal drinking age.

A $100 Non Refundable deposit will be required to hold the desired date. The remaining balance shall be paid in full 7 Business Days prior to the event. A service fee of 18% Gratuity plus 6% Sales Tax will be added to your total bill . Sales tax will be added to your total food amount only. A $50.00 Clean up fee will be added to your final bill. A head count is required 10 days prior to your function. Cancellations will not be accepted after that time. The final billing statement will reflect the guaranteed attendance number PLUS any guest added on the day of the event. Buffet will be served at its designated time but shall not exceed 2 hours. Private parties may be subject to a Clubhouse rental and shall not exceed 4 hours unless agreed upon.
