• A Non Refundable Deposit of $500 is Required to Reserve the Date.

• Payment in Full is Required 7 Business Days Prior to Event.
• Special Setup of Decorations is based Upon Approval From Mountain Valley and Must be Done Solely by Event Holder, unless Agreed upon by Mountain Valley.
• Outside Decks May be “Tented in,” at Sole Cost of the Event Holder.
• 6% Sales Tax will be Added to Final Food Bill and 18% Gratuity will be Added to Final Food and Beverage Bill.
